RECIPE – Healthy Breakfast Banana Split with 3-Ingredient Nice Cream

Yield: 1 banana split + 3 servings of nice cream
Ingredients
For the “Nice” Cream:
- ½ cup KARUNA’S EMPOWER SMOOTHIE
- 2 bananas, coined and frozen
- ½ tsp cinnamon
For the Banana Split and Toppings:
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup oat granola
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- a handful of raspberries
- a handful of blueberries
Instructions
“Nice” Cream Preparation and Assembly
- Make the Nice Cream: In a high-speed blender, process all the ingredients for the nice cream together until well combined and smooth. *Store the extra nice cream in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
- Assemble the Banana Split: Cut the banana in half lengthwise and plate in a boat shape. Place one scoop of the nice cream in the middle and add your toppings. Serve immediately
